I’ve always wanted to be a storyteller. Like most writers, I am an introvert with an ongoing storyline in my head about people, dreams, memories, make-belief, etc. I wrote my first novel at 17 years old and published it at 21 years old. I wrote and published my second novel the following year. I started blogging in my early twenties. The content stemmed along the lines of the struggles of being a Christian and single, searching for purpose/identity, seeking dreams/aspirations, and trying not to become someone’s baby mama.
Marriage and motherhood have consumed my thirties thus far. We adopted (Stay tuned for our adoption story). We struggled with getting pregnant, went through tons of fertility treatments, and experienced numerous losses. Finally, I was able to carry a baby full term.
I have quite a story when it comes to my journey of motherhood and just navigating this thing called life. I am eager to be an open book in hopes of encouraging someone else. I also help women write their books. Oh, and all while continuing to write Fiction in between.
